¶ Gweike M-Series owner community and support
The wiki is the thing I want to stay true in six months. Discord is where we argue about a photo of your alarm today.
If you post “it doesn’t cut” with no model, no gas, no screenshot, you will get noise. If you post the template below, people can actually help.

¶ Ask a question people can actually diagnose
Bring the original error and the machine state. A clear evidence package is faster than twenty rounds of guessing.

Do not post service passwords, private customer files, unsafe bypass instructions, or personal details. Do not clear an alarm or change a parameter before recording it.
¶ Stop and use official support or a qualified trade
Stop for smoke, arcing, a burning smell, water near electrics, exposed conductors, a damaged fiber or optical connector, cracked optics, unexpected motion or emission, a failed interlock, or any situation that requires opening a laser source. Community advice is not emergency support.
¶ How a community answer becomes a wiki answer
- Record the exact machine, version, symptom, and original evidence.
- Separate what was observed from what is only suspected.
- Reproduce the safe check or obtain a primary source.
- State which models and revisions the result applies to.
- Add a stop/escalation point and submit the correction through the editing guide.
Unresolved threads stay unresolved. The wiki does not promote a plausible forum reply into a verified repair merely because it sounds confident.
