¶ What software controls the M-Series?
mLaser, on Windows. Use the installer and parameter file that came with your serial number, not a random download from a Facebook comment. Official page: Gweike documentation.
¶ Does LightBurn work?
Not as a released M-Series connection. LightBurn has a machine. Gweike has talked to them. That is not a ship date. Full dated answer: LightBurn compatibility.
¶ What gas do I need?
There is no one kit. Fiber cutting, CO₂, welding and cleaning are different jobs. See gas and regulators and air compressor. The short version I keep repeating: the oxygen-labelled inlet is the protected ~9 bar path. The other one is high-pressure and will cook the gun if pressure falls over.
¶ Which models does this cover?
M2 and M3 families (Pro / Max / Ultra), plus M800/M1200 source workflows where I say so. Not G2, G3, Cloud Pro, or “some Gweike I found on Amazon.” Mcore is a different wattage class — see model compatibility.
¶ How do I focus the fiber or CO₂ head?
Do not steal a focus number from a YouTube screenshot. Fiber stand-off and CO₂ tool/ruler are different. Fiber and CO₂ focus.
¶ Can I give this wiki to an AI assistant?
Yes. Point it at https://gweike-m-series.theyieldpoint.com/llms.txt. Tell it your exact model, source, head and the alarm. Tell it to cite a page and when to stop. An AI does not override the enclosure, the interlocks, or the electrician.
¶ Is this an official Gweike manual?
No. I wrote this. I use an M3 Ultra. I still want you to keep the official PDFs and the USB that came in the crate.
