¶ Editorial, evidence, copyright, and affiliate policy
I write this. Gweike does not. If the nameplate, the quote, or the USB disagrees with a wiki page, the machine in front of you wins. The deal cards are affiliate carts. I get paid if you click them. That is the business. It does not change the procedure.
¶ What this wiki publishes
The site reorganizes Gweike M-Series knowledge around owner jobs and symptoms: commissioning, mLaser, CNC cutting, handheld modes, rotary work, maintenance, and fault isolation. Procedures are independently written and add explicit evidence labels, model boundaries, safety stop-points, and workshop observations.
¶ Evidence labels
- Official source — traceable to a current manufacturer manual, page, download, or video.
- Measured here — observed or measured in The Yield Point workshop, with the setup stated where it matters.
- Community report — useful owner evidence that may not reproduce on another revision.
- Unverified — plausible but not yet supported strongly enough to present as a fix.
Facts can be shared; somebody else's wording, diagrams, photographs, screenshots, and expressive page design are not treated as ours. Linked Gweike manuals and videos remain the material of their respective owners. This wiki paraphrases, summarizes, compares, and adds original structure and evidence instead of reproducing the manual page by page. Where a procedure genuinely benefits from the original visual context, we use a limited, page-cited figure crop beside independent explanation; we do not publish full manual pages or parameter tables as substitutes for the official archive.
¶ Safety and uncertainty
No article may instruct a reader to bypass an interlock, ground, emergency stop, work-contact circuit, or other protective device. Electrical work, pressure systems, lifting, fume control, and laser-safety decisions must be handled by competent people under the rules that apply where the machine is installed.
When revisions differ or a value cannot be verified, the page must say so. A confident invented parameter is worse than an explicit gap.
¶ Corrections
Send a correction through The Yield Point Discord or use the editing guide. Include the page URL, exact statement, evidence, machine/revision, and the proposed replacement. Substantive corrections update the page's verification date; unresolved claims remain labeled.
¶ Affiliate links and commercial independence
Some clearly identified links are paid links. If a reader buys through them, The Yield Point may earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader. Paid relationships do not change the evidence label or permit an unverified compatibility claim.
Gweike links are used for machine-specific configurations or parts. Amazon links are used only for ordinary products with a known context; the required statement appears near those recommendations. AliExpress links are not published unless a valid tracking link and the exact low-risk item compatibility have been verified. Marketplace links are not used to recommend unknown high-pressure regulators, optics, interlock components, or laser protective equipment.
All paid links are marked for search engines with rel="sponsored nofollow". See The Yield Point's full affiliate disclosure.
¶ AI use
AI systems may crawl and cite the public pages. The LLM index and machine-readable page index are discovery aids, not permission to invent repairs. A useful AI answer should cite the exact page, preserve its model/safety limits, and say when the reader must stop and contact support.
